a5c7b9f00b Kip Raines, a young car thief, was contracted to steal 50 specific cars but something went wrong. Now the man who hired him, Raymond Calitri, wants his head. When his brother, Memphis, once a great car thief, who retired a few years ago, learns of this, he comes back to town to see if he can help his brother. The only thing that will appease Calitri is if the order is fulfilled. So Memphis has to assemble his old crew, and he has to do the job in a few days. And a cop who hounded him, upon learning of his return, is keeping an eye on him. And another car thief, whom he competed with before wants to get the Calitri job, and is telling Memphis to back off, but he won't.
A retired master car thief must come back to the industry and steal fifty cars with his crew in one night to save his brother's life.
some messages should be ignored in 60 seconds its a great film whys everyone trying to be a critic, have some care for other feelings of the film cant we just have good comments for films we like im nicolas cage fan but i dislike some of his films dont put me off him in slightest, all im saying is we say opionion like me and it could put people off choose for yourself if you like film actor or actress.
I think i need to see original one to convince me out of this low impression about this film. But hey! Why to waste time?<br/><br/>Although acting wasn'tbadthe script. I guess that all about this film is about re-heating a classic, like "Starsky & Hutch" or "Shaft" or you name it Hollywood remake. For those out there that really saw the original in it's time, there might be something here, but for "modern"/"urban" young adult,i consider myself, there's not enough to call this really anything else than poor entertainment. Not putting entertainment down.. Vice versa, good entertainment needs to carry out some form of class, or should i say even entertaining value. Personally, i got nothing but pity for Mr. Cage, who's one of my favorite actors.<br/><br/>But hey! These movies come13 in dozen, and still they are best way to waste any weekday's boring evening.<br/><br/>For those of you who might consider yourself more in need for intellectual stuff to watch, grab yourself a copy of Luis Bunuel's The Brute.<br/><br/>I'll have to give this "gone in 60 seconds" a three star review, because it's worth of three star review.<br/><br/>Entertainment, but not at it's best.
